An empire came three times. A river answered once.
Đế chế đến ba lần. Một dòng sông đáp lại.
Five ordinary bloods — a commander, a boy, a mat-weaver, two divers, a king — drown an empire in one river. And the man who could seize the throne chooses not to, so the man who wears it can learn to let it go.

Iron Into Tide
Sắt Hóa Thủy Triều
The Commander — Trần Hưng Đạo
He beat the largest empire in history three times. The war that nearly broke him was the one inside his own chest — a dying father's command to seize a throne, refused for sixty years.
Read this if you want the whole war held in one man's silence.
Too young for the war council, a boy crushes an orange in his fist without feeling it burst — then raises his own army of a thousand under a banner he stitched himself.
Read this if you were ever told you were too young to matter.

The Thread · Sợi Chỉ

Reading Order
I → II → III → IV → V
Each book stands entirely on its own. Read in order, the thread pays off — the secret planted in the first is what the last quietly answers.

The Author
CuongFBI (PhạmZuy CườngFBI) escaped Vietnam by boat at eleven, survived a Malaysian refugee camp and the American foster system, and earned his degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He served a decade in the FBI in national security and counterintelligence. Over twenty years he brought his entire family — both parents and nine siblings — to America. He writes for the English-speaking world and for the Việt Kiều, who know in their bones what it costs to choose one country over another and carry the wound whole.
You came for iron. The saga gives you tide — and then, when you least expect it, bamboo.
